Cloth-wrapped, double-boxed and tracked — how your pieces travel, and what happens if anything goes wrong.
Packing
Every order is wrapped in reusable cloth, cushioned in recycled card and boxed twice. Ceramics travel in compartmented cells; textiles are folded, never crushed. No plastic peanuts, ever.
Dispatch & delivery
Orders leave the workshop in 3–5 working days with tracking. Domestic delivery usually takes 2–4 days after dispatch; international orders take 10–20 days. Shipping is calculated at checkout by weight and destination.
Returns
Changed your mind? Unused pieces can come back within 30 days for a refund — you cover return postage, we cover the rest. Broken on arrival? Send a photo within 14 days for a free replacement or full refund.
Custom & sale pieces
Commissioned and personalised pieces are final sale unless faulty. Sale pieces follow the same 30-day return policy as everything else.
