What we collect

When you order, we receive your name, email, delivery address and order details so we can pack, ship and support your purchase. Newsletter signups store your email address. Contact forms store whatever you choose to send.

How we use it

To fulfil orders, answer messages, send order updates and — only with your consent — the occasional workshop letter. We never sell your details, and we never share them except with the payment provider and delivery carrier needed to complete your order.

Payments

Card details are processed securely by our payment provider and never touch our servers. We see only the confirmation, never your card number.

Your rights

Ask us any time what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — write to hello@kilnwrightceramics.com and we will respond within two working days. Unsubscribing from the newsletter takes one click and is honoured immediately.
